Through guided reflection, the Realist enables you to balance your mind, understand what has contributed to making you feel that way, and make more sustainable choices for dealing with each situation.
Each day, at a time that works for you, we’ll ask you to spend a minute reflecting about and logging those moments, when you felt tense, stressed, or just not at your best.
After that, well guide you through a brief audio reflection on one of those moments. Through this practice you will build resilience and gain confidence in dealing with difficult situations in the future, and spend more time being at your best.
